Who do you think could play Sage?

Some of my picks: (of course they all sorta resemble Sage anyways)

Kate Beckinsale, hello, I mean for anyone who has saw Underworld knows they have an almost Uncanny resemblance.

Charisma Carpenter, is great at playing a cold hearted b*tch smiley And could easily look like her. Best known for playing Cordelia Chase on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.

Angelina Jolie, she just brings a certain presense to what ever she plays. and I think she could easily pull off Sage.

Lexa Doig, this was my choice awhile back when I did the Sage casting call for my Lifeguard site. I just think she is good at action and not showing emotion. Best known for playing the AI Rommie on Andromeda.

Asia Argento, pure sex appeal. I've only saw her in Triple X (the movie not the style) and she like Kate already has a resemblance to Sage.

Yes! smiley but hopefully Sage won't show up in any X-Movies, it would be bad for the comics-counterpart. Look at poor Jean for example sad (though, I blame Morrison for this one!)

I'm not saying she should be in the X-Movies. Just a fun topic.

As for bad on the counterparts, especially on Jean, all Morrison there wink I'm one of those who seperate them, like Ultimate isn't the regular characters and the such. I just take them as differet reality versions of the characters.

A few more:

Rhona Mitra: See my avatar. Currently on The Practice. She has the exotic appearance and good acting ability. She has a good voice, too.

Kristen Cloke: As Shane Vansen, she was the only good thing about the old "Space, Above and Beyond" series. She conveyed a quiet intensity that would work well for Tessa. She was quite pale, and looked good with her hair up. She was believable in action scenes, too.

I loved "Space, Above and Beyond"!!!

Someone else I think could possibly play her...

Rebecca Gayheart, she was a show called "Earth 2" and she was great there. Also appeared in the first "Urban Legends" movie. Her eyes are just so intense, that alone would make her an interesting choice for Sage. Cause Sage is always analying and such and just the way she'd look at a person wuold send chills down a persons back.

I loved the idea behind S:AAB. Too bad the producers didn't. They couldn't seem to decide if they were doing a show about fighter pilots or line infantry. But wouldn't Kristen make a wonderful Sage?

Rebecca Gayheart is the first name mentioned that I'm totally unfamiliar with.

I enjoyed it but you make a very good point about the show. And yes Kristen Cloke would make a good Sage.

Gayheart is probably best known for her hair (which is completely wild) and noxima (sp?) comercials. One of the reason I know her is cause she happens to be from my area, bout an hour away. Which is cool.

I was a bit too harsh on S:AAB. I should have said that Kristen C was the best thing about it, not the only good thing.

A bit of Google brought up pics of Rebecca Gayheart. It turns out that I have seen her commercials, but I've never seen her act. She is very striking.

If Sage were actually to be in a movie, an unknown of appropriate appearance and ability would be ideal.

Not an unknown...Rachel Blakely, who was Marguerite Krux on The Lost World.

I would have to agree with nonzorp with Rhona Mitra. Cool manip btw! wink

I also think Angelina Jolie looks like the X-Treme Tessa so it would be cool if she could play her. But chances are they will have an unknown actress play her which might just be for the better.

Christie: Thanks.

In some pictures I've seen, Rachel Weisz looks very much like Tessa.

I actually try not to pick actors I think would be good for my favorote characters.

For instance I thought Micheal Clark Duncan was going to suck as the Kingpin in the Daredevil movie but blow me if after seeing it he wasn't perfect for the part.

Same with Famke Janssen< I thought see was going to be a poor Jean Grey but I thought she was perfect for the part after seeing the movie.
